Every Optimum Project design is delivered to your door by expert couriers at a time of your choosing! Free next Day, Timed Delivery – Delivered to Your Door, Monday to Friday*
All of our home theatre designs currently in stock are available for timed delivery on a day of your choice to your front door, Monday to Friday.
After placing your order you will be contacted directly by our distribution team who will advise you of our stock situation and who will give you the chance to choose a date for your delivery. You will also be offered the chance to choose the exact time of your delivery on that date between 9am and 5pm.
To qualify for next-day delivery please make sure to place your order before 12pm on the previous day. Orders placed between midday on Friday and 9am the following Monday will be processed on Monday morning for Tuesday delivery.
Also, please bear in mind that many of our designs are quite heavy and will require more than one person to move. Please refer to our shopping pages for more details on the size and weight of each design and make sure that you organise help with lifting if necessary!
We are also able to offer next day delivery on a Saturday for orders placed before 12pm on the previous Friday. Orders scheduled for Saturday delivery will be delivered between 9am and midday.
All orders will be delivered on a pallet by a one-man courier service to the most accessible entrance to the address given on placing your order. Please be aware that the courier will not bring the cabinet inside your home and that you will need to organise help with moving your new design into the correct room.

We aim to keep our stock sizes of each product in the stock colour options listed on this website in stock as often as possible. Any orders placed using our bespoke service are handmade to order and will take an additional four to six weeks for delivery.
Items Not in Stock
Any items currently out of stock will be placed on back-order and will take an additional four to six weeks for delivery. We will contact you to confirm an accurate delivery date on receipt of stock.
Please note that our stock is updated weekly and is subject to rapid change. If an Optimum Project product is unavailable at the time of ordering we will notify you on receipt of your order and your item will be placed on back order as above. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We adhere to distance selling regulations applicable in the United Kingdom. You can cancel your furniture by notifying us, in writing, before delivery or within 14 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery.
To make sure you are completely satisfied with your furniture, please open and check the contents on delivery before signing. If the box or packaging looks damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us as soon as possible. Once you have signed for the delivery the furniture is your property and you have agreed to accept the item in the present condition.
Should you wish to return the goods it is your responsibility to take good care of the furniture. You are the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. We ask that you return the goods in the original packaging such as to prevent damage while waiting to be returned and in transit.
It is your responsibility to return the items to us in good (re-saleable) condition and at your own cost.
Please allow two weeks from your posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
* UK delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Next-Day delivery is available only on items currently in stock.
